Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Blousewala, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to cancel your order or request a refund, please review our policy below.


1. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.

a. Time Frame for Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • After this period, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

b. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number via:

If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll cancel and process your refund.


2. Return Policy

As a small business dealing in delicate ethnic wear, we currently do not accept returns unless the product meets the following criteria:

a. Eligible Return Reasons

  • You received a wrong product
  • You received a damaged or defective item

b. Conditions for Return

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You must share clear photos/videos showing the defect or issue via email or WhatsApp.

Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item back to our address.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

a. When Refunds Are Applicable

  • You cancelled your order within 12 hours and it hasn’t been shipped.
  • You received a wrong or defective product and your return was approved.
  • The item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be shipped.

b. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • If the order was COD (Cash on Delivery), we will request your bank/UPI details for refund processing.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges due to sizing or preference. Please refer to product descriptions and size charts before placing your order. If you need help, we’re happy to assist you prior to purchase.


5. Order Not Received

If you do not receive your order within 15 working days of dispatch, please contact us. We will:

  • Track the shipment with the courier
  • Provide you an update
  • Issue a refund if the order is lost in transit
